Crystal Smith, City Councilwoman, owns multiple businesses in residential areas. One of these businesses at 200 Roslyn Ave. NW has had over 60 police calls in just 3 years. Additionally, despite the disturbances and issues in the neighborhood, Smith has been awarded a contract from the County for over $100,000 for her business, further draining taxpayer dollars and public resources.
